Ongoing Home Cleaning

Typical Ranges: These ranges provide a realistic starting point. Homes with similar bedroom counts can vary depending on overall size, layout, and how the space is lived in.

Most Portland-area clients fall within these ranges for ongoing maintenance cleaning:

Smaller homes: 1 bed / 1 bath — $140 - $190

Mid-sized homes: 2 bed / 1 bath — $170 - $260

Larger homes: 2+ beds / 2+ baths / multiple living spaces — $220 - $320

Larger or complex homes: Custom quote based on intake photos / video and description

Your final rate reflects how your home is laid out and used, including:

  • Cleaning frequency

Frequency note:
Weekly and bi-weekly service typically falls toward the lower end of the range, as consistent care keeps homes easier to maintain over time.

This first visit:

How We Create Accurate Estimates

Before booking, we ask for 8–10 photos or a 2–4 minute walkthrough video of your space.

This helps us understand:

  • Any special-care areas
